Privacy at a glance

We use your information to respond and provide the service you request.

We do not sell personal information or use advertising/analytics trackers. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, employee range, inquiry type, message, and a brief description of your technology environment.

Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, request data, and security logs.

Please do not submit: passwords, payment-card numbers, regulated personal information, or other highly sensitive information through website forms.

How we use information

  • Respond to your inquiry and send requested assessment or intake information.
  • Prepare or deliver the services you request.
  • Operate and secure the website, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

Service providers and disclosures

Cloudflare
Website hosting and form-submission storage.
Amazon SES
Delivery of transactional email.

We disclose information only as needed for these services, when required by law, to professional advisers, or when you authorize it. Third-party links, including Microsoft Bookings, are governed by the privacy policy of that service.

Retention and security

Website inquiries that do not become a client relationship are retained for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes. Client-engagement information is retained under the applicable agreement and legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law.

You may opt out of non-essential emails by contacting us. Service-related communications may still be necessary while an inquiry or client relationship is active.

Cookies and online tracking

This website does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tools to track visitors across websites. Because we do not conduct that kind of cross-site tracking, browser Do Not Track signals do not change the site’s operation.

If our practices change, we will update this policy and revise the date above.
