Terms of Service

At a glance

Signed service documents always control.

This page explains how to use our website and summarizes common commercial terms. Your signed agreement, proposal, or statement of work defines the services we provide to you.

Website and service agreements

By accessing or using synertekcs.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Specific assessments, managed services, projects, and third-party services are governed by a written agreement, proposal, or statement of work signed by you and Synertek Cloud Services. An invoice is a billing record; by itself, it does not create or expand a service scope. If signed engagement documents conflict with this page, the signed documents control.

Assessment fees and credits

Before discovery

The assessment agreement is signed and the fee is paid.

Once work starts

The assessment fee becomes nonrefundable.

Your credit

Use it once within 180 days toward eligible services.

Unless an engagement document says otherwise, an assessment fee may be applied once toward an eligible Synertek migration project, managed-services onboarding, or first managed-services invoice. Credits are not redeemable for cash and do not apply to hardware, taxes, or third-party licensing.

Managed services billing

Term
Month-to-month unless your engagement documents say otherwise.
Invoice timing
Issued in advance and due at the start of each service month.
Changes or cancellation
Thirty days’ written notice; additions may be prorated.
Automatic payment
Eligible ACH autopay receives 1% off recurring fees, up to $25 monthly.

Managed services begin on the agreed service-commencement date. Removals take effect after the applicable notice period. Card automatic payment is available at the standard rate, and clients may also pay manually.

Unpaid, undisputed balances may result in service suspension after a 15-day grace period.

Scope, projects, and third-party services

Published prices describe a standard scope. Final scope and pricing are confirmed before work begins. If discovery or a project reveals material work outside the agreed scope, we will document the finding and cost impact and obtain written approval before proceeding. Additional locations, complex infrastructure, specialized applications, and third-party requirements may require a custom quote.

Project payment schedules are stated in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Hardware, software, cloud services, backup platforms, security platforms, storage, and other third-party products are separately identified and must be approved before we order or activate them.

Third-party terms, availability, pricing, and commitments may apply. Hardware, taxes, shipping, and other approved expenses are separate from professional-service fees unless expressly included in writing.

Support boundaries

Standard support

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, excluding holidays identified in your engagement document.

Critical-system emergencies

Covered emergencies may receive remote triage outside standard business hours.

On-site work is coordinated when technically necessary. Client-requested, out-of-scope, urgent, or after-hours work may be billable at the applicable approved rate. Your engagement document takes precedence if it states different support terms.
